Blow ball

It's really fascinating! If you blow into the wooden tube, the polystyrene ball starts to float, even if the blowpipe is slightly tilted. The buoyancy for the polystyrene ball is generated by the air flowing upwards. At the same time, the "Bernoulli effect" occurs and the ball is pulled into the centre of the flow by the low air pressure. And this in turn prevents the ball from falling.
 
An instructive and fun game that trains the lungs and has a logopaedic learning effect. What happens if you hold the tube at an angle? What happens if you blow with more or less force? Is it also possible for other objects to float? Experiment further by using a table tennis ball and a hairdryer (set to cold!)! If you hold the hairdryer at an angle, the ball will also be caught in the air stream.
