Soldering kit flashing LEDs

With this soldering kit, 2 red 5 mm LEDs are controlled to flash and thus light up alternately. The flashing speed can be set individually for each LED. The "flashing LEDs" board is great for experimenting, as a soldering exercise or e.g. for light functions in model making, such as St. Andrew's cross, etc.
