The output axis of the UNIVERSALANTRIEB POWER has ball bearings and the housing is milled from brass. The complete gearbox is screwed, which simplifies assembly and maintenance. Even when assembled, the gear cover can be removed for maintenance.
The gearbox is supplied as a kit with detailed instructions. This makes it easy to modify for your own ideas. E.g. the drive axle is only led out on one side, powerful winches can be built or each wheel on a larger vehicle can be driven by its own motor, which saves the differential.
In the "Power Plus" set, everyone can order the gearbox that suits their purposes. Simply choose the desired voltage from our metal gears and choose the optimum speed for the application. The voltage is variable from 0.3 - 6 volts or 2 - 18 volts. The universal gearbox is therefore not only suitable for model builders, but also in particular for a wide variety of tasks in railway model construction.
